Woolworths Westfield Knox Fitout

MRC Constructions were engaged as Principal Contractor to deliver the warm shell fitout of Woolworths’ new store within Westfield Knox.
The project involved full site supervision, OH&S management, and coordination of all fitout trades to integrate services with the existing base build infrastructure.

The scope included managing final subcontractor works, overseeing service connections, and completing the tenancy to handover readiness for Woolworths’ internal fitout teams.

This project further strengthens MRC’s long-standing relationship with Woolworths Group, highlighting our ability to deliver efficient, compliant retail construction outcomes.
