With over 25 years combined experience in the building industry, Tom & Dylan understand the dynamic complexities of the retail and commercial construction sectors and have a proven track record of delivering projects for some of Australia's largest retailers.

With a proven background in commercial construction and project management, Tom oversees the day-to-day operations of MRC Constructions. Since our launch in 2013, Tom has played a key role in establishing our reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Tom is a strong believer in the practical implementation of OH&S on our sites and is a strong believer in promoting open communication between our management team and subcontractors to ensure works are completed in a reasonable and safe manner.
Tom is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Tom is a licensed commercial builder and holds the following building licenses:
- Commercial Builders License CB-L71838 (Construction of Low Rise Building Work)
- Commercial Builders License CB-L 71838 (Structural Fit-Out Work)

As a Director of MRC Constructions, Dylan brings a breadth of technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Assisted by his background as a qualified carpenter and estimator, Dylan is responsible for overseeing all facets of the pre-construction process ensuring each project is planned and executed to meet our clients expectations.
Dylan’s hands-on approach and commitment have made him an invaluable asset to MRC since our inception in 2013.
