Priceline Bayside
MRC Constructions delivered the Priceline Bayside Fitout at Bayside Shopping Centre, Frankston, Victoria. The project involved a complete interior build for a new corporate retail store and was undertaken for our valued client Priceline.
The works included a new shopfront, custom joinery, and the installation of mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic services. New interior finishes were applied throughout to align with Priceline’s latest corporate branding and customer experience standards. As a result, the store now provides a modern, comfortable, and welcoming environment for shoppers.
In addition, MRC coordinated specialist subcontractors to deliver detailed joinery, flooring, and feature lighting installations. The team also managed upgrades to air-conditioning and fire-safety systems to meet current building and tenancy standards.
The fitout included new shelving systems, display counters, and back-of-house facilities to support daily operations. Each stage of construction was sequenced carefully to meet centre-management guidelines and Priceline’s opening schedule.
Throughout the project, MRC worked closely with the client, centre management, and design consultants to maintain progress and quality. This collaboration ensured the project finished on time and within budget. It also demonstrated MRC’s ability to deliver high-quality retail fitouts in busy shopping-centre environments.
