MRC Constructions delivered the Dan Murphy’s Corio Refurbishment, completing a full interior and exterior upgrade within a live retail environment. The project involved modernising the existing store while maintaining daily trade and customer access.

The scope of works included the installation of new custom joinery, electrical upgrades with enhanced lighting design, new floor finishes, construction of internal partition walls, and full wall refinishing. Externally, the project featured fresh painting and car-park linemarking to improve the store’s presentation and customer experience.

To reduce disruption to operations, MRC Constructions completed the majority of works during night shifts, ensuring the store remained open throughout construction. This approach demonstrated our ability to manage complex retail refurbishments safely and efficiently.
